Co-chair of the disability and health network, improving workplace accessibility and giving people the confidence to ask for what they need at work. Menopause network lead and mentor.

I am blown away from the passion and energy everyone at Legacy West Midlands brings to drive positive change in the community.

Your coaches are doing a tremendous job with our children. Riding with the Freedom50 group is amazing, its great company, mostly enjoyable (when it’s not too hilly, but hey, that’s where the best memories are made and where you get the best laughs!). Walks around the park are relaxing. I like taking in nature and experiencing nature, whilst having great conversations with local residents.
