HR Partner

Elizabeth has been working with Legacy WM since 2020 and advises the business on all things HR and People related. Elizabeth has worked in HR for over 20 years and partners with other charity organisations as well as other small and medium sized businesses in the West Midlands region.

Elizabeth is passionate about legal and procedural compliance but also wants to enhance employee and volunteers capability and engagement through training and development workshops. Elizabeth is keen to ensure employees and volunteers at Legacy WM feel engaged and passionate about working there.

Elizabeth is part of our HR Sub Committee and works alongside the Chair and trustees as well as the Senior Management Team.

Elizabeth is also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider.
