Rizwan has over 30 years of engineering delivery and project management experience. He has managed design and build projects and portfolios at all key programme stages, with project values ranging from small circa £100K professional services design work to complex and high value construction programmes (up to £45million). In his current role with a FTSE 250 Company, Rizwan manages an Engineering office of multi-discipline engineering staff, design managers and CAD operators to deliver Engineering services to projects throughout the UK.
As part of his role, Rizwan takes great pride in encouraging and supporting his team in engaging in CSR type activities, including charity and STEM initiatives at local schools/colleges. To this end, Rizwan has established an initiative to promote and monitor engagement at all Engineering offices throughout the UK.
