Ingrid has spent over thirty years in the field of education teaching in a variety of schools across the West Midlands. She has walked the professional path to educational leadership, undertaking Headship and Executive Headship roles. Focussing on teaching and learning, the curriculum and leadership, she was an Ofsted inspector for several years and inspected schools across the country. The importance of building teams cannot be sufficiently stressed and as such she is very much a team-player, working extremely hard to ensure that stakeholders feel valued and included. She is extremely organized and committed to task and team. Ingrid is currently a post graduate researcher undertaking a doctoral thesis at the University of Birmingham. Her research will highlight leadership disparities in schools. Having worked with a number of agencies, CAF, the Local Authority and Church groups, she hopes to learn from and provide support to Legacy WM.
