Dr. Fahmida Choudhury is a Research Fellow on the Creating Opportunities for Local Innovation Fellowship at the University of Warwick. Her research explores marginalised arts organisations and inequalities within the cultural sector. She recently completed her PhD, examining how small creative businesses led by ethnic minority entrepreneurs drive positive social change. In addition to her academic work, Fahmida supports community-based creative projects by helping to secure grant funding. Her broader interests include cultural policy, creative labour, and inclusive innovation in the creative and cultural industries.
