We are seeking a qualified youth worker to join our team, leading youth work sessions for young people ages 14-18. Delivery will take place over an initial period of nine months, with continuation subject to funding. Sessions will be delivered at Soho House Museum and Visitors Centre w/ ground-floor access and off-street parking.

Key Duties

Plan and deliver 24 sessions over the initial funding period of 9 months
Liaise and collaborate with Legacy WM to ensure service user wellbeing at all times
Lead offsite excursions, facilitate guest speakers and devise additional session content

Person Specification Essential

Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice or above
Enhanced DBS check
An understanding of the area and the salient issues in contemporary youth work
Strong rapport-building skills
An inclusive approach that engages services users regardless of background
Availability for evening work

Desirable

Experience delivering youth work sessions in disadvantaged communities
Relevant lived experience
