Join us for our free Windrush Family Mile every Monday 12:00 -14:00hrs at the Living Well Cafe, Edgbaston Community Centre, 40 Woodview Drive, B15 2HU

This is a gentle walk for the over 50’s from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds. The route is fully accessible. You don’t need any equipment, just a pair of comfortable shoes and a bottle of water

No booking is required for this free walk - just turn up! Meet your Family Mile Ambassador Marcia in the Living Well Cafe.
