As our community outreach officer, Marcia plays a key role in supporting Legacy WM. Marcia joined in 2019 where she began volunteering, researching the untold histories around Asians, Black and Irish communities within Handsworth.

As a previous history teacher and researcher, Marcia delivered various lectures at different universities, as well as contributing to written articles and books which have been published worldwide. Her most recent publication can be found in the book titled 'The British Gunpowder Industry and the Transatlantic Slave Trade By Nicholas Radburn'.
